Services

Renewal Pipeline provides prospecting, research, and business-development services to independent insurance agencies. Renewal Pipeline does not sell, solicit, negotiate, underwrite, or place insurance coverage.

No insurance services

Participating agencies remain solely responsible for all insurance advice, quoting, solicitation, placement, licensing, and coverage decisions. Renewal Pipeline is not an insurance carrier, broker, underwriter, or producer.

Program terms

The Founding Agency Program is a three-month initial pilot at $1,500 per month ($4,500 total initial investment). After the initial three-month pilot, we review results together. Any continued service requires a separate agreement.

Exclusivity applies to the individual prospects we deliver: we do not deliver the same prospect to another agency. The standard pilot does not grant exclusive rights to an entire industry or territory; any such arrangement would require a separate agreement.

No guarantees

The pilot targets 200 qualified businesses with confirmed renewal dates. Market size is validated and the delivery commitment is agreed before launch, and a narrow market may require broader targeting or a different volume. Campaign scope, outreach cadence, and reporting arrangements are agreed before the pilot begins. A delivered prospect is not an appointment, a quote request, or a commitment to change agencies. Renewal Pipeline does not guarantee appointments, policy sales, placement outcomes, premium, or revenue.
